No need to delete them. Just log back in and update your info and or wording on your resume for the next position you apply to. You may need to tailor your resume differently for different positions. There may also be an option to withdraw your applications you've already submitted if that's what you're worried about. My dream company that I want to work for uses Taleo. I have 36 applications in my jobpage, I was never selected for any of them.

I know well over have of the jobs I met the requirements but do to flawed and insulating keyword requirements I have yet to be selected.

I can not stand Taleo. I agree here. Taleo is ridiculous to the core. Instead of a common data gathering front that pulls all data from millions of applicants and then sharing relevant info to companies, instead, it has these boxed deployments for each company which makes applicants do things all over again… again and again and again!
